Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Fetyo, operated by Shenzhen Shengqingtai Technology Co., Ltd..

Order processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Address verification, item availability and high-volume periods may require additional processing time. We will contact you using the order details if additional information is needed.

Destinations and estimated transit

  • United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and many European destinations: generally 2–4 weeks after dispatch.
  • Other supported destinations: generally 2–5 weeks after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs review, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays and remote destinations can cause delays.

Shipping methods and charges

The shipping methods and charges available for your address are displayed before you submit the order. We do not promise insurance or priority handling unless the exact service, price and terms are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and carrier charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking can take several days to update after dispatch. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels; you will not be charged an additional product price because an order is split.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review the delivery address before placing an order. Contact support@fetyo.com immediately if a correction is needed. We can change an address only before fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address unless the error was ours.

For a package that appears lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact us with the order number and available evidence. We will review the carrier information and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy where applicable.
