Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Fetyo, operated by Shenzhen Shengqingtai Technology Co., Ltd.
Return request period
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. To start a request, email support@fetyo.com with your order number, the reason for the request and photographs where relevant. Do not send an item until we provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Eligibility and item condition
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the condition received, with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Opened or used hygiene-sensitive grooming and feeding items are not returnable unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.
Gift cards, personalized items and items clearly marked final sale are not eligible except where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items
Contact us within 14 days after delivery. Keep the item and packaging and provide the order number and clear photographs where possible. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Fetyo covers reasonable return shipping when we confirm that an item was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly.
Return shipping and original shipping charges
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for using a trackable service. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a separate restocking fee.

Please do not send a parcel to any other address unless our support team expressly provides different return instructions in the return authorization.
Refund process
We inspect authorized returns after receipt and notify you of the decision. When approved, Fetyo initiates the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds. We cannot issue a refund to a different payment method.
Cancellations and order changes
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel or change an order before fulfillment begins. If the order has already shipped, the return rules above apply.
